INFORMATION ON THE ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001) AND CODE OF ETHICS
The companies within our Group have adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model provided for by Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
This Model is a fundamental tool for ensuring that business activities are conducted in a proper, transparent manner and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The main features of the 231 Model include:
- Identification of sensitive business activities potentially exposed to the risk of criminal offences;
- Definition of internal procedures and control systems aimed at preventing non-compliant conduct;
- Establishment of an independent and autonomous Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – OdV) responsible for monitoring the effective implementation of the Model;
- Adoption of a disciplinary system in the event of violations of the Model or company procedures.
Our Group has also adopted a Code of Ethics, which sets out the principles and values that guide our daily operations: integrity, legality, food safety, transparency, protection of people, and respect for the environment.
The adoption of the 231 Model and the Code of Ethics confirms the Company’s commitment to ensuring reliability, quality, and responsibility throughout the entire production chain.
