High specialization is undoubtedly one of the key factors of Rigamonti's success; more than 80% of its production is actually represented by bresaola with a product range including about 20 items for the deli counter (85% of sales) and approximately other 10 items for self service sales. (15% of sales but rapidly growing) The remaining 20% of production consists of four different meat products: dry-cured horse meat, boneless raw ham, flat cured pork belly (bacon) and smoked ham.
