Rigamonti participates in Cibus 2016
Rigamonti, world leader in the production of “Bresaola della Valtellina IGP”, is one of the stars of Cibus, the most important national and international event dedicated to Italian food.
The previous edition saw the attendance of more than 67,000 qualified visitors, 12,000 foreigners of which 1,000 were top buyers from 50 countries. This year’s edition will be held in Parma from 9 to 12 May, and is gearing up to be a public success and a large showcase of international visibility.
Rigamonti will be present in pavilion 3, stand A026, with several important new products like Bresaola della Valtellina IGP and Carpaccio di Bresaola made solely with the meat of cattle which is bred on grassland and in the open air. The participation in Cibus will also be the opportunity to launch and make another delicacy known to the public: Bresaola of Black Angus, prepared with meat of a prized Scottish breed.
The Rigamonti stand will serve visitors other delicacies produced in the production plant of Valtellina: Bresaola made with horse meat, Speck, Bresaola made with turkey meat, Pancetta, Roast Beef andFiocco di culatello della Valtellina, produced following a local traditional recipe.
