Organizing Model

   '... Human Resources represent an indispensable component to the existence, development and success of a company.

   Both the company personnel and collaborators have the duty to fully know the objectives of fairness and clearness that are meant to be pursued by means of the Organizing Model and the ways in which the Company has inteded to pursue them implementing a suitable system of procedures and controls.

   In order to achieve this target and in compliance with the Legislative Decree 231/2001 on administrative liability of companies, Rigamonti

Salumificio SpA has adopted its own 'Modello 231' ('Model 231').

Its final purpose is that of spreading the culture of risk prevention - either administrative or pertaining to safety in all respects. It also aims at increasing the sense of responsibility of people towards themselves, their colleagues and the company in which they are working.

   For this reason, Rigamonti Salumificio SpA has undertaken an information action and organized internal training aimed at effectively spreading the above-mentioned principles also with the aid of a booklet about Model 231.

   The booklet is easy to consult and has been distributed to the firm's personnel and to service providers in order to explain the contents of the model and how to implement it.
