The company currently employs approximately 300 workers in the three production plants located in Montagna, Poggiridenti and Mazzo that cover a total built area of 30 thousand square metres:

MONTAGNA PLANT IT 83 L CE
Via Nazionale dello Stelvio, 87 - Montagna in Valtellina (SO).
Production of bresaola, dry-cured horse meat, flat cured pork belly (bacon).
Logistic centre and headquarters.
 
POGGIRIDENTI PLANT IT 383 L CE
Via Nazionale 19 - Poggiridenti (SO).
Production of bresaola and raw ham.

 
MAZZO DI VALTELLINA PLANT IT 632 L CE
Via Provinciale, 14 - Mazzo di Valtellina (SO).
Production of bresaola - topside cut.
